When COVID‑19 struck, Orange County Rescue Mission needed a fast, creative solution to support 60+ children’s digital education. EPIC stepped in with strategy, design, development and rapid execution.

The Challenge
When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, Orange County Rescue Mission faced an urgent, unbudgeted need that threatened to leave over 60 children without the tools necessary to continue their education. With no campaign in place, limited time, and a distracted donor base, OCRM had to act fast and smart.

EPIC served as both strategist and sprint partner, moving from ideation to launch in just seven days. From visual identity and message design to full social rollout and performance tracking, EPIC led the charge on every front of the campaign.
- Partnered with OCRM to rapidly develop the campaign concept, tone and call to action.
- Designed all creative assets, including graphics for social, web, and digital storytelling.
- Built a focused, standalone campaign landing page for donations.
- Managed a multi-day social media rollout using flexible content blocks and daily metrics.
- Oversaw approvals, posting schedules and performance reporting throughout the campaign.

The campaign didn’t just meet expectations, it shattered them. In just 72 hours, Orange County Rescue Mission had raised more than three times their original goal. By the campaign’s close, they had exceeded that number fivefold, making it the most successful digital fundraising effort in the organization’s history.
