Jason spent more than a decade helping pro sports teams, athletes, entertainers and TV networks leverage social and digital tools to build their brands and make more money. He has led major visibility efforts for March Madness, the Super Bowl and the Billboard Music Awards. After co-founding STN Digital — a 2021 top workplace award winner — Jason helped grow the niche marketing and content service departments more than 600%.
Jason’s expertise in all things digital and web development has made him indispensable, which is good news for us. While he could be working for any major sports team or network, Jason dedicates his time to serving EPIC’s clients as Chief Digital Officer … but we mostly call him, “Wizard.”
When he’s not busy helping others turn their ideas into accomplishments, and those accomplishments into opportunities for generosity, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter in San Diego, where they reside.

With a master’s degree in nonprofit communication, Molly has a passion for serving businesses and organizations focused on doing good. Molly served as Senior Director of Public Relations for international humanitarian relief organization Convoy of Hope and had the opportunity to work with major networks and publications (like CNN and the New York Times), as well as professional athletes, celebrities and influencers.
After a stint working for the sixth largest ad agency in the country, Molly felt called back to purpose-driven work and started working with EPIC. Combining her nonprofit and ad agency experience (and a somewhat annoying knack for technical editing…), Molly oversees EPIC’s digital initiatives as the VP of Marketing.
Molly lives in Springfield, Missouri (where she says dreams come true), with her husband and five-year-old son.

Carrie loves to create. Through her work with clients, she is able to blend graphic design and photography together to create a visual representation of brand identity that exceeds expectations. Her experience, including her service in pastoral ministry has empowered her with a deep level of care for people that goes beyond a client-provider relationship. She believes we win together when our client’s cause or organization succeeds. Projects are always more fun when we’re able to weave heart, soul, passion and love into the creative process — and that’s exactly what Carrie does.Carrie lives outside of Cleveland. When she’s not creating, she loves spending time with her dog JAX, drinking coffee and dabbling in astrophotography.
