With decades of experience at the intersection of faith, media and culture — including her tenure as an Associate Publisher at one of the world’s largest publishing houses — she has guided global nonprofits, bestselling authors, major filmmakers and high-profile leaders through defining moments, from national campaigns to crisis response. She has also launched more than 125 New York Times bestsellers, thousands of category bestsellers, dozens of hit films and record-setting events — a track record that sets the standard in publishing, media and cultural influence.

Jason Riley

Jason is a strategist who has shaped some of the world’s most visible sports and entertainment brands. He spent more than a decade helping professional teams, athletes, entertainers and TV networks leverage digital platforms to build influence and revenue, leading major visibility efforts for March Madness, the Super Bowl and the Billboard Music Awards.

With a background as a full stack web developer, Jason pairs technical expertise with creative strategy, building not just campaigns but the digital infrastructure that drives them. As co-founder of STN Digital, named a Top Workplace in 2021, he scaled and grew niche marketing and content service departments by more than 600%.

Today Jason serves as Chief Strategy Officer at EPIC where he applies that combined expertise to help organizations, leaders and movements expand their reach, sharpen their message and thrive in the digital age.

Tracy Pence

Since 2013, Tracy Pence has been a trusted partner in building Kingdom impact through EPIC’s work. She is a master at bringing order to complexity, turning systems, processes and contracts into tools that serve the bigger mission. Where others see chaos, Tracy sees opportunity for alignment. Where others stop at “good enough,” she leans in to overdeliver.

Her gift is execution with excellence. Tracy organizes people and projects in a way that multiplies capacity and ensures every assignment is stewarded well. She carries a deep passion for delivering on promises and protecting scope, making sure what is entrusted to her is completed with integrity and precision.

Tracy lives in Murfreesboro with her husband and three children, balancing family and mission with a steady leadership that keeps the work grounded, fruitful and moving forward.

Molly Erickson

With a master’s degree in nonprofit communication, Molly has a passion for serving businesses and organizations focused on doing good. Molly served as Senior Director of Public Relations for international humanitarian relief organization Convoy of Hope and had the opportunity to work with major networks and publications (like CNN and the New York Times), as well as professional athletes, celebrities and influencers.

After a stint working for the sixth largest ad agency in the country, Molly felt called back to purpose-driven work and started working with EPIC. Combining her nonprofit and ad agency experience (and a somewhat annoying knack for technical editing…), Molly oversees EPIC’s nonprofit initiatives as a Senior Vice President.

Katie Bell

Katie is an in-demand publicist known for her work helping create New York Times bestselling books and elevating leaders to expert status. With 15+ years of experience promoting entertainers, leaders and writers, she uses her signature creativity and keen attention to detail to launch books and client campaigns on a national scale. After running her own boutique media relations agency, Katie Bell Communications, she merged with EPIC Agency as Vice President of Publicity in 2019, where she leads all publicity efforts for key campaigns.

Throughout her PR career, she has partnered with world-changing personalities including TODAY host Savannah Guthrie, former TODAY host Kathie Lee Gifford, Dr. Ben Carson, Dr. Josh Axe, Rebekah Lyons, Matthew West, Lisa Bevere, Dr. Kevin Leman, Josh Turner and more. She has close relationships with key contacts across the board, with ideal contacts spanning mainstream and faith TV, print, online, radio and podcasts.

She is a mom of two and lives with her husband in small town, Henderson, Tennessee.
